My year round moisturizer

I've finally stopped looking for a moisturizer that can replace my make-shift home brewed version. No longer will I pile money on top of money when I know what works.

Not suggesting this for you, but here's my secret for all-day-long moist (sorry rhea) skin that smells good.

Teaspoon of baby oil gel and about 5 squirts of that day's bath and body works body spray. Rub them together in your palm and apply.

Maybe putting this on the worldwide web is a bad idea. Maybe I should approach B&B with my idea. A gel version to go with the lotions..... Hhhmmm. Calling them now!

About year ago I did something I hadn't done in years and haven't since...I paid full price for a dress. I remember being so taken by this dress that I had to do it. It was also unusual that I paid $50 for the dress. I know that $50 may not be a lot of money, but because I like to shop two of my major rules are 1- never pay full price 2 - keep the cost as low as possible. That being said, I realized today that this was one of the wisest purchases ive made in my adult life. I can dress it up or down. It is elegant, yet usuable. And to top it off this year I've decided to do get over some stuff and DO strapless. That being said, I tried to find a picture of the actual dress, but couldn't. However, here is one that is extremely close to it.

Dress black heel

I toyed with whether or not to get these. I need a dress black heel but wondered if they were too, shall we say, much of a statement shoe. (And is it the statement I want to make? Giggle). After asking my sister-friends - who replied " GET THAT SHOE" I returned a gift from a friend that unfortunately didn't fit and got these girls. Thank God for sister-friends.

This a pic of a soap star from Thursday's show. An EXTREMELY similar necklace is currently $7 at Walmart in this color, a soft green, funny coral/orange, and a creme. You know I have two of the colors. Can you guess which two?

Testing Carol's Daughter

We've been in a high hunt for a hair product that will moisturize and soften baby girl's hair with out adding chemicals. Carol's Daughter hair milk comes highly recommended and for the price I pray it works!
