Shoes As Art - New Series

I know we all LOVE "HOT" shoes, but at offering time last week I was facinated by all the shoes that made me "raise an eyebrow". All of those shoes that make you wonder, "hmmm - now that looks like someone's arts & crafts" project; I'll call them "Shoes As Art"...and for several weeks I'll feature some of these I-N-T-E-R-E-S-T-I-N-G artsy-artsy shoes.
