$5 Deals (picture heavy)

Here are some of the $5 deals I picked up in the last three weeks at the overstock warehouse (I'm not sure of the name of the place, but here is the location. Right next to KMart.

I did it!

I believe there is a "magical" weight where we begin to believe that the value of our bodies change. As I get older I am hoping to grow up my thoughts about my body. I want to further learn what looks right on my body and ROCK IT!

Step one on the journey was a surprise to me... Shorts! It started with getting a few nice but cheap pair to wear around the house and low and behold they were cute enough to wear out. Sorry I didn't take pictures but here are a few pics of what I wore.

Friday to the Harry Potter movie, and yes they were this short!

With coupons and a gift check I was able to get major discounts on these items. I'm excited because they are staple items that are classic. And I purchased them in my new size. Thanks LB.

The Bee's Knees

Sorry for the subject. It was the only theme I could think of for this awesome sale. I've been wanting to try these, but refused to pay $8 each for something I may not even like. Today I found these for 90% off at my neighborhood Walgreens! A review will be soon.

Beauty thy name is...

I, like many others, am guilty of ignoring my own advice and not believing my own sermons. I tell many women how beautiful they are in their own right. I constantly push my daughter to love and appreciate what she sees in the mirror, yet there are times I forget just how beautiful I am! I admit that initially I was very critical of these pictures. Now I'll just say it may be time to start purchasing a size smaller (wow), but these are me... and they are beautiful.

The Lost Angel (OOTD)

I enjoyed my close friend's birthday party. I admit I was nervous about taking off my jean jacket, but by the end of the night I had tapped into my inner Charlie's Angel. The dress pictures to be a little to big, but I'll take it up before getting rid of it. I love it just that much. Dress - Ashley Stewart (2009)
